Butlerkart is a luxury hospitality and event staffing company that provides trained butlers, waiters, stewards, mixologists, and event hospitality staff for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and international engagements. Founded in Delhi in 2014, Butlerkart has over 15 years of combined industry expertise and has supported events in more than 20 countries.
Butlerkart is headquartered in Naraina Vihar, New Delhi, India – our home market and primary staffing base. From here, we deploy trained hospitality professionals across India and internationally.

Every Butlerkart professional is trained in-house – not outsourced from a generic labour pool. We focus exclusively on luxury hospitality: grooming, etiquette, discretion, and silver service standards expected at high-end weddings, private residences, and corporate functions.
2. Services We Offer
We provide premium hospitality manpower including butlers, waiters and stewards, mixologists and bartenders, hosts and hostesses, and full event hospitality staffing for weddings, private parties, and corporate events.
Our butlers offer personalised, discreet guest service – from formal table service and drink service to coordinating with event planners and attending to VIP guests – always impeccably groomed and trained in etiquette.
A butler typically provides personalised, one-on-one or small-group attention (VIP hosts, private residences, close guest coordination), while waiters and stewards handle broader table service, food and beverage service, and guest flow across the full event.
Yes. Our mixologists are trained in classic European and contemporary fusion cocktails, as well as bespoke signature drinks, and can be booked alongside butler or waiter staff for a complete beverage and hospitality experience.
Event hospitality covers hosts, hostesses, guest-management and coordination staff who manage guest flow, registration, and general floor presence at weddings, private parties, and corporate events — working alongside our butlers and waiters as one team.
Yes. Many of our clients book butlers and hospitality staff for private homes, farmhouses, and residences – not only banquet halls or event venues.
3. Booking Process
You can book directly through WhatsApp, by calling us, by emailing info@butlerkart.com, or by scheduling a consultation through our website. We’ll confirm your event details, staff requirements, and timeline before finalising your booking.
We recommend booking 3-5 days in advance, especially for weekend events. That said, we also accommodate same-day and last-minute bookings depending on staff availability in your city.
Yes. Many clients combine butlers, waiters/stewards, mixologists, and hospitality staff for a single event. Share your event type, guest count, and venue, and we’ll put together a complete staffing package.
We typically ask for your event date, city/venue, guest count, event type (wedding, private party, corporate, etc.), number of hours, and the specific roles you need (butler, waiter, mixologist, etc.).
Yes. For weddings, destination events, and large corporate functions, we build custom packages combining multiple roles, staff counts, and multi-day coverage.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing depends on the type of staff required, event duration, number of staff, and city. We provide transparent, customised quotes once we understand your event details – there are no hidden costs.
Minimums vary by city and event type. Share your event details with our team and we’ll confirm the minimum booking requirement for your specific case.
We accept standard digital payment methods including bank transfer and UPI. Reach out to our team for current payment options for your booking.
Most bookings require a confirmation deposit to secure staff for your date, with the balance due closer to or on the event day. Exact terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Staff Training, Vetting & Presentation
Yes. Every Butlerkart team member is trained in-house in hospitality, grooming, hygiene, guest etiquette, and formal service standards before being deployed to any event.
Yes, staff undergo a vetting process as part of onboarding. For events requiring additional verification (e.g. private residences, high-security venues), let us know in advance and we can accommodate specific requirements.
Yes. Butlerkart staff are presented in formal, impeccably maintained uniforms appropriate to the role and event style – from classic butler attire to event-specific hospitality wear.
Yes. Butlerkart has deployed trained hospitality staff to events in over 20 countries, including Dubai, Turkey, France, Thailand, Egypt, and Spain. Contact us in advance for visa, travel, and logistics planning.
6. Cities & Coverage
Butlerkart currently serves Delhi, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Noida, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Mussoorie, Dehradun, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Pune, Jaipur, Goa, Guwahati, Jammu, Kashmir, Jamnagar, Surat, and other major cities across India – with coverage expanding regularly.
Yes. In addition to our India-wide coverage, we have supported luxury events internationally, including in Dubai, Turkey, France, Thailand, Egypt, and Spain.
In most cases, yes. Reach out with your event location and date, and we’ll confirm staff availability even if your city doesn’t yet have a dedicated page on our site.
Travel and accommodation for staff deployed outside their base city are typically factored into your custom quote. This is confirmed clearly before booking.
7. Event Types

8. Policies
Cancellation terms depend on how close to the event date the cancellation occurs, since staff are reserved in advance. Specific terms are shared at the time of booking confirmation.
Yes, rescheduling is possible subject to staff availability on the new date. Contact our team as early as possible to make changes smoothly.
For larger events and corporate bookings, we can provide a formal service agreement outlining scope, staff count, timing, and payment terms on request.
